You are ONLY immune from thwacks if you are wearing a RED shirt!
You will NOT be immune if you are carrying your spoon.
Red shirts/tops, sweatshirts, and sweaters all count... items that only contain red DO NOT count. The article of clothing must be COMPLETELY RED.
The shade of red is completely irrelevant.
You are permitted to wear a non-red item underneath, which is visible so long as the red item is the predominate item visible.
As always disputes can be brought to the Spoons Commissioners via email.
